Main research directions

• Testing of resistance of pathogenic fungi to fungicides used.
• Study on the suitability of plant protection products based on substances of natural origin with different mechanisms of activity (resistance stimulators, growth and development stimulators, fungistics) for the protection of agricultural plants.
• Study of the risk of Plasmodiophora brassicae occurrence in a given region using methods of detection of clubroot in soil (soil study on the presence of the perpetrator of clobroot).
• Studies on the resistance of varieties of particular agricultural plant species to infestation by the perpetrators of diseases.
• Identification of new pathogens occurring on different plant species in Poland using molecular biology methods.
